UK Customers: Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - FREE
European, USA and rest of the world: Royal Mail International Signed For Parcel Post - FREE
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to leave a parcel unless prior arrangements have been made.
All Orders are processed within 2 hours during office hours.
In stock orders will be shipped within two business days of cleared payment, however in extreme cases it may take up to 28 days for you to recieve your order. Please wait 10 days before contacting customer services at info@rubylondon.com regarding your order if you have not received it yet.
In some cases you may place an order which is out of stock in our warehouse, therefore we may need to order the selected denim in for you direct from the supplier, we will always inform you of this if this is the case. Orders following this method of delivery are supject to a delivery date of up to 2 calendar months, dependant on time of year and supplier used.
Please note that orders received past 12 noon on a Friday, will be shipped within two days from Monday.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS:
We have newly integrated a fully working wholesale system through our website. Wholesale customers must create a free account, located at the top right of the homepage, they then must email us at info@rubylondon and request an upgrade to a wholesale account. Pending checks and approval we will notify you that you are now able to purchase through our wholesale website.

BILLING - ALL CUSTOMERS
Ruby London accepts orders and will process accordingly provided that:
Payment is accepted and billing address verified
Delivery address is verified and confirmed.
Please note that should your first order request a different delivery address to billing address, delays may occur while we confirm these details with you.
